About me

I’m a passionate UX leader with 14 years of experience, including 5 years heading design teams at Innovapptive, Airmeet, and Tricon. Currently, I serve as Director and Head of Design at Innovapptive, a mobile-first enterprise platform that unites maintenance, operations, and supply chain workers in asset-heavy industries.

 

A graduate of the National Institute of Design (NID), India, I’m driven by the mission to craft user-centric, high-quality designs that align business goals with exceptional user experiences. I work closely with leadership, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful UX strategies and seamless design solutions.

 

Over the years, I’ve led diverse, global projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and India—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges. My expertise spans research, design strategy, interaction and visual design, wireframing, and usability analysis.

 

I’m deeply committed to mentoring and nurturing design talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Constantly learning, problem-solving, and driving design maturity across organizations is what fuels my journey.
